Did not use the hotel due to no parking available. Unfriendly desk customers service.

This hotel was not clean or well kept.

The pictures are nothing like what the motel really looks like. Upon arriving I was told I was a premium customer and would be in an upgraded room with a fridge and all jus to find out the room was horrible and did not have a fridge the tv didn’t even work and this was after asking for a renovated room. We had to go through 4 different rooms before we found one that was renovated and decent for a 6 night stay. The cleanliness was horrible and I asked twice to have my room cleaned which was never done. Also, there are homeless people all over the outside of the building and also trying to rent rooms. Would not recommend to anyone. Also don’t forget you do have to pay for daily parking which isn’t any safer than parking your car on the street. Worst motel I have ever stayed in.

The property was close to downtown and a quick Uber ride to everywhere. The rooms and towels were clean. Parking was available as well. The carpets in the common areas needed cleaning and replacement. The property just lacked a cleaning crew in general. Construction was going on, and there was a lot of traffic noise, including sirens.

Would only stay here again in an emergency. Front desk people were friendly, professional, responsive. Room was heartbreakingly gloomy. Furniture worn and broken. Mattress and seat to built in chair were not secured, both kept sliding off their platforms, making them both unsafe to sit on. Towels were so worn they felt like paper. Cigarette smells from other rooms came through the bathroom vent. Ventilation/airflow so poor we had to run the AC 24/7, and HVAC so bad it only blew ice cold or desert hot. Parking lot had an extremely tight driving lane.

Unfortunately my room had bedbugs and I had to move to another room.

It needs upgrade for its furniture and plumbing, the location is perfect, the convenience and closeness to SD DT is great, but given the price in comparison to the conditions of the rooms it is not fair. Rooms need upgrade, plumbing needs maintenance and definitely change of furniture. Staff is very helpful and amazing, cleanliness is great

Cheap. The Place is dirty and the needs repair.
