Clean property, the area is a little sketchy.

The staff were kind of hostile and the back property door was supposed to be locked but was wide open all day and night and slammed shut every time someone went in or out

My floor was so nasty that I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the floor. The smell in the room was of dirty. The walls were dirty with stuff on them. The doors were dirty dust buildup. The toilet was nasty. I had to put bleach in the tank. The tub was barely clear . I had to sleep with a mask. One of the blankets has old candy stuck on it. I had to go to the front to reset my key through my the trip. It was as if they were coming in my room checking for what ever. I had to put locks on my suit cases. The housekeeper didn’t know what toilet paper was because she shouldn’t understand English. Odd. . The housekeepers need to take the jobs more serious. I asked one of the other housekeepers for towels off the cart because she was by my door so told me to get them from upfront. Told me to put my trash out in the morning not now. Barely in English. When I would go to the front to front to get new towels they never had them or they would give me just the two big towels. The staff played very nice. The rooms in the back of the building are no good. I upgraded just to get another room. They need to do some real cleaning in those rooms. Or hire new housekeepers who really want the job not just the PAY check.

It was just dirty and felt unsafe. They said I would get a refund but I’m still waiting

The place is clean, and the staff was very accommodating. It took me a little while to come up with the money to pay for another night, but they let me make my phone calls from the lobby and I was able to get things done and I really appreciate them because times are hard right now.
