While the rooms themselves were very clean, the hotel as a whole was not. It was run down, the entire place smell of cigarettes and marijuana, one day we found a homeless guy sleeping in the hallway. Even the non smoking rooms had a cigarette smell.

This hotel was super sketchy. I did not feel safe staying there. I immediately checked out and stayed somewhere else.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the room had a foul smell and something that looked like a fan was running when I got to the room. Seemed like they knew about the scent and left the fan to try taking it away.
Also, the bed was a little shaky when you moved.
I only needed to be there for a few hours so I didnt complain to the receptionist.

The front desk was very rude. They don't have free wifi. Dog poop everyone. It stinks when it rains. They don't ask if you need new towels, etc. Lots of rats running around on the side where Five Guys is at. No fresh air because you can't open the windows. Overall if I could rate a 0 I would. Please don't stay!!

The room was ok. No towels or wash clothes. Just because you change your room doesn't mean you have to stand where everyone can see you standing there. I paid thousands of dollars at this establishment. This place has people sleeping in the hallways, peeing, smoking weed, In the hallways. This place doesn't have Wi Fi. Coffee that's all they offer. We are paying good money to stay here and you can't even talk to the ladies that clean the rooms because they don't speak any English and the guy at the front is definitely rude and doesn't have any

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was poorly maintained, felt unsafe, and was not as represented online. Cleanliness was below expectations, and the overall condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired.
I understand budget hotels won’t be luxury accommodations, but basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort should still be met. Unfortunately, this property missed the mark in nearly every area.
I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
