Non-smoking rooms smelled like someone just finished smoking. Went to 3 different rooms and the smell was still very strong and you could see cigarette burns on the edge of the tub. Looked like drug deals were happening at the hotel and sketchy people were inside at night. There were a lot of dogs but majority of people did not pick up the poop. They rebranded themselves but the same service and expectations had with the original Motel6 is the same but the prices are much higher.
