we arrived at 3:30 and no rooms were clean yet (check in was posted as 3pm)
only one key worked once we got our room.. office was tiny and dirty. sheets had stains on them.
we will never give them our business again....if we had time to find another option we would have just left and got a refund....like the people in front of us did at check in.

It was a plain room which was exactly what I wanted. However I had the second floor and there is no elevator. I like to hookup my firestick to the TV to watch but was unable as the remote didn't allow source selection. For a basic place to sleep it fine.

My bed was very squeaky and there wasn't a trash can in my room at all. No lotion or shampoo in the room. I know Motel 6 can do better than this. I can't recommend this location to any of my friends.

Clean and near convenient locations. Can be noisy in the nights outside. Building walls not so thick, you can hear another’s rooms noises. Good for the price.

If you dont want to sleep and you like bed bugs and the good old fashioned mexican walking in front of your door with a lief blowing machine a couple hours before check-out instead of a broom, then this is the place for you. Housekeeping will beat on you door at 10 or 10:30 no need for a wake up call. A miniature prison is what it was like were my thoughts. The sink handle fell off , someone's room was broke into the door was being constructed by maintenance at 8am for two days, a never ending project in the projects of Tempe. Drug dealers squatting in almost all the rooms so many trashy people going and coming getting dope , if you look out yor window you can watch the homeless do their drugs on the sidewalk of the gas station
