When I check in the lady in the front desk didn’t even make eye contact and her appearance was completely inappropriate for the job, when I received the key to the room, the room wasn’t “clean” and had a heavy smell of tabaco and didn’t even have towels to take a shower. Check out in just 3 hours. Couldn’t handle it

The staff is what makes this hotel. I want to thank the front desk staff as well as the housekeepers for doing there best to make out stay better. Breanna is always willing to help she goes above and beyond for the guests.
