Quiet, peaceful nights sleep.
My wife, daughter and I stayed the night we met other families who had their children there so our daughter had children to interact with. We met a resident puppy who was very friendly with everyone.we enjoyed our stay and had peaceful nights sleep, left our vehicle unlocked without issues.

Room was not very clean, hair on ground and all over bath. Broken door, shower was had a broken faucet, and the non smoking room smelt like smoke.
