No tv, no telephone, switched rooms and no tv, tilet was cracked and shower floor had 3 0r 4 spots that looked like blood on shower floor

2 night stay. First room had no working tv or phone towel bar in bath brike and light broken. Had internet outage so mgmt said had to reset tv. 2nd room tv still not working they did not reset them as said. Hot and cold water on sink reversed toilet not flushing. Have stayed here before but this time pretty disappointing. Same issue with my faters room. He also switched to new room with same issues
