Loud AC that would rattle the room walls at times. Detachable shower head would fall off the holder as soon as water was turned on. Otherwise, great room and experience.

Shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport was excellent. Very helpful, funny, and friendly. The driver who took us to the airport the next day was great also. Free laundry was great. Had to leave at 445am, so we didn’t get to try the breakfast.

Shuttle bus from airport was quick and efficient, the driver was pleasant and informative about the area. Check in was easy and the suite was excellent. Staff were all very pleasant and the property was well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything is was good, just for the simple fact that there was no water. We were not able to shower for our event. Maybe would consider having a partial refund or a voucher to use
next time.

Room was clean, breakfast good but check in took awhile and there was no one else in line but me and bed was small!! I also booked a suite with room separate from living area but not what I got
