It was filthy! My grandson came to visit us with his parents. We got two noise warnings from the front desk! We did our best to keep the volume down and the man that stayed below us called us yelling and threatening us! We then got a knock on the door to be evicted! My daughter was having a seizure during this time! I’d like to talk to someone from corporate this was the worst traumatic experience I’ve ever had at a hotel!

Holiday Inn and Suites Old Town Albuquerque is situated close to Old Town but not in Old Town. The property is located close to the freeway for easy access. The Pueblo Cultural Museum is right across the street. The property has a Starbucks, Dominoes, burger place and two bars adjacent. Rooms are clean and large. Breakfast served daily with a good selection of hot entrees.

Restaurant wasn't open for dinner which was a big part of our booking. Location was very convenient so other restaurants nearby. Unfortunately half of the cardio equipment wasn't functioning in the exercise room.

this hotel was in a convenient spot with Starbucks, McDs, and Dominos practically in the parking lot. They also have security in the parking lot 24/7. The downside was the pool being closed 2 out of 3 days we were there, due to an “accident” and it needed cleaning. Staff’s attitude was mid, but there is a really nice gal at the front desk at night! I didnt get her name. Tall blonde.
