Great Family Stay for Zoo Visit.
The whole process of directly arranging rooms and staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience for all of us. The pool was enjoyed by the grandkids as well as the breakfast. Our family enjoyed the clean rooms and whole hotel..The desk clerk at check in and exit was exceptionally helpful and easy to deal with extra needs. The reviews of this hotel are accurate and it's proximity to the NC Zoo was super nice to allow us to use their Ride and Guide tours. Thanks.

The WiFi was not a safe site. The Motel computer was not functioning. The continental breakfast was poor. No plain oatmeal cereal. Few food and fruit selections. Air conditioning for the room was very good. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room awful from broken beds to bad plumbing had to move us show a whirl pool tub it's broke said they would refund or discount but have not seen anything yet it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and at 200 a night is crazy was not comfort in Standards at all.

The receptionist staff was pleasant. The breakfast was good. It wasn't only carbs but had eggs and sausage. Raquel the breakfast hostess was very friendly. This hotel adequately met our needs. It could use some updating however. Our room was clean but the decor little worn out.
