Nice property with friendly staff, especially the ladies working the front desk.

Guy at the front desk at check in has no personality. Room was clean and comfortable. Ppl blasting music and fighting at 4 am, made for an unpleasant experience.

The front desk staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good.

The property was very very clean, quiet. I was in a bit of a jam with my flights, and Lisa and the front desk was very very helpful with my accommodations.

So when we initially checked in I let the front desk agent know the room had a faint smoke smell but we had been traveling for hours so I took it upon myself to open windows to air it out. The front desk agent (his name starts with a J)was very helpful. Breakfast is on 2 hours from 7 am - 9 am and it gets really busy due to there not being a whole lot of time to get breakfast. Our first day there we tried to go to breakfast and the kids were irritated because it was so early. I have never stayed at a hotel who didn't have longer breakfast hours. Also the breakfast attendants were very rude. One of them told another guest that they had too much food on their plate. Also the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned as I found a incent in the bathroom over the toilet. We stayed in 432 and I could tell the door had been kicked in prior because it was hard to lock during our stay. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa and when I went downstairs they had no blankets and only the sheet so my godson was cold thru the night. Other than that the room was spacious enough to accommodate my family needs. Also we were charged for parking but when my sister came to the property she asked for a parking pass so she would not be towed and was told by and agent they just charge the guest for parking. I never saw anyone riding around the parking lot checking cars so not sure what the $5 dollar a day charge is for. I wouldn't stay again just due to the breakfast staff and the hours.

Staff was extremely helpful & friendly with every interaction. I would definitely stay there again.
