Flying in from SoCal and booking last minute I was a bit nervous about the accommodations as the prices were so much better than the other hotels. Everything was great! From the modern thoughtful aesthetics throughout, attention to details, clean rooms, NO BUGS, a friendly staff, free breakfasts, and a central location. Also close proximity to the airport was a bonus. We couldn't be happier that we stayed at Atwell Suites. I'll definitely be recommending to our friends. We'll be back!

They helped my Family from Panama who did not speak much English get to the airport on time and dropped off exactly where they needed to be thank you all again for that.

Called hotel directly to get free parking if we stayed first and last nite. Going on a 10 day trip. After making reservation over phone was told confirmation sent by email. Since I did not get the confirmation for first nite. Called back same austin hotel number ask again if this was hotel and not a main res number and was told talking to hotel. The staff member said the first nite did not go thru and had to make another reservation. And the hotel would email me confirmation. So I did. When checking email still no confirmation so called hotel number again third time got a different person. They said I was talking directly to hotel. Repeat said would resend confirmation. I had both original first and last nites and prices.. that I had gotten over phone from first representative. Hung up check email still no first note showing. Called now 4th time got a lady who made reservation for first nite. When I gave her the confirmation number from first representative she said it was no good and could not find it so I made a reservation again for first nite. The first guy I spoke with said I could cancel up to 24 hrs before I was at 72 hrs from first reservation. So the lady made another reservation. Then surprising she found the original first nite reservation. So I told her need to cancel one of the reservations where she inform me the hotel had a no cancel requirement even if I double book over phone and the hotel could not find first reservation. She gave me a customer service number to call to see if I could get a partial reimbursement. Now fifth phone call over an hour on phone talk with th person. Who said they could submit for review but would only reimburse the tax portion and the 175. $. Could be use to book another hotel stay as credit to be use within a year. I can't believe they could double book and keep my money! Do not recommend them. It's worst then a bait and switch. But a switch and trap ur money! Also parking after showing up at hotel cost 13$ a nite but I explained this issue in person so they drop charge to 8$ a nite which u had to prepay up front. Also airport van trips stop at 2300 hrs. We got in at 2305 and had to take uber and pay for it! Robert hoyer.

Nice hotel. But man oh man they go out of their way to make you feel bad about not booking direct with them. On check-in I was told that late checkout is $50/hr for people who book through hotels.com, and that I wouldn’t be earning any IHG points with them either (after they asked for my IHG number). Definitely makes sure the poor feel poor.

Friendly Staff, very clean and wonderfully decorated. Spacious room and the biggest surprise was the wonderful breakfast. Real food like eggs, sausage, potatoes and yogurt with fixings!

Very clean and modern hotel. Has a bar and restaurant on site that’s open til 10 pm. Also there is a Dennys next door. Very well insulated and quiet rooms.

Nice room, very clean. Linda at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the airport shuttle didn’t go to the South Terminal where our Allegiant flight was - so we had to go early to catch the shuttle. It would have been nice to know that in advance.

The room was spotless, the staff was very nice and courteous. The facilities were spotless and up to date. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The coffee/tea bar was a nice touch. I would definitely stay at another Atwell Suites.
