Asheville Dance Classic Weekend Was Great
Lovely hotel with lovely staff. These people. So nice, professional, capable, competent, welcoming, always jumping to assist above and beyond, funny, available. I could go on, but you get the point. The bed was delicious, the drinks were so soft and comforting, the food was exquisite. I did not care where I was, as the staff were there with me. Dance competition was in the Expo area and the vibe of the staff extended in there, too. I will keep this hotel on repeat and hope my fave staff are still there next time. Oh, prices were Asheville expected, with very high quality.

Lobby area was beautiful, very welcoming and cozy with large fire place and bar and sitting area. Restaurant food and drink very good. Room was clean and well appointed. Room temp was nice considering it was chilly out. Good location, close to Biltmore estate nd other venues. Would stay again

Still feeling the effects, after Hurricane Helena, the hotel was doing well to adjust, to business, with the still imposed "Water restriction" and "Displaced local families". All the staff members displayed very positive attitudes and were always helpful.
The breakfast staff was very friendly and sociable. When asked about they were doing, they would share, all the while still trying to be positive and very professional.
