Hidden gem
Love this place have stayed here twice now it is fairly new. All the rooms are immaculate and contain a kitchenette, including a microwave refrigerator and dishwasher. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and would consider staying here again and again.

We came to the area for a wedding and this hotel location was very close to Arundel Mills ,shops,restaurants and casino and (Bwi) airport.
They had very nice in-room amenities.
Our room was very clean and neat and the staff was very helpful and it was quiet.

It was very noisy until late past 3am on Friday and Saturday night. There’s an outdoor “grill area” that was a late night party gathering spot for drunks and smokers. A terrible environment and experience for guests using the hotel for a place to sleep. You could hear the noise all night in our room.

Nice property, excellent staff and very clean. Convenient location to BWI. Only downside was room located next to street and truck traffic coming down road was loud. Would stay again.

Room smelled like sewer gas. Bed was really old, lumpy. Our closet door was stuck and required maintenance to open.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The noise level from the room above us was unbearable and continued throughout the entire night, making it impossible to sleep. We contacted staff three separate times to complain, but nothing was done to address the situation. For the price and expectations of the stay, I expected much better customer service and a quicker resolution. Unfortunately, this experience made the stay very frustrating and exhausting.
