We only stayed one night. Room was clean, bed comfy and equipped kitchen with dishes, coffee, tea, popcorn, microwave, refer/freezer. They offer frozen meals, snacks and beverages for purchase downstairs. There are several good restaurants close by and they will provide free shuttle if you don’t have transportation. Overall good place to stay.

The staff, room, bed, and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch. However, the breakfast experience was just okay and a bit chaotic. The atmosphere was loud, with one guest sitting next to us on a speakerphone call for his entire meal, and another family allowing their child to run wild while repeatedly saying 'no.' A little more enforcement of common courtesy would make breakfast much more enjoyable.

Kanesha at the front desk was very accommodating when I arrived at midnight and helped me a great deal to make my unexpected overnight stay around BWI amazing. Hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly. Breakfast tip is to mix the scramble eggs with the spinach quiche :)
5/5 would recommend this hotel for anyone with a layover at BWI as the hotel shuttle service comes in handy if you are looking to save on a $15 taxi ride.

My wife and I stayed here with our three kiddos before dropping her off at the airport the next morning and it was another great stay here. The front desk clerk is probably one of the sweetest, most helpful people and would recommend her 10 times over for any help you may need. We loved it.

Their house keeping needs to do a better job with cleaning the bathrooms had to change room 3 times and bathroom was still dirty
