Clerk was awesome. Room was a 10. Just all around one of the best hotels I've been to.

The staff was really nice. But the hotel wasn’t very clean. The elevator was very dirty. The two days we were there it was never cleaned. Our carpet floor was vacuumed but needed to be shampooed. It looked somewhat dingy.

Ticks were found, room wasn’t clean, too many stains on walls.

It is an old, tired hotel. Carpet very dirty and stained. Still smells like cigarette smoke. Front desk was rude when I expressed concern about what sounded like a guest falling and crying in pain above me - they hung up on me. Breakfast lady and housekeeping was sweet.

The first room was recently used; the butt print was still on the bed and the bathroom smelled of poop. The second room was better but the walls are cracked and the carpet is stained with either blood or red juice.

We arrive there late in the evening, as we ended up spending some time in downtown Saint Joseph for dinner. It was convenient to be able to pay at the hotel versus paying on hotels.com. However, when we arrive to our room, it was extremely disappointing. It was made very obvious very quickly that this was basically all but a remodeled motel 6. The mattress was extremely cheap and thin, they were very few pillows, and the curtains were torn. This unfortunate combination made it near impossible to sleep for the evening. This was beyond frustrating because it being a country inn I expected a dramatically higher standard. I would suggest that if you are staying in the Saint Joseph area, look into some other nearby hotels before choosing this one.

The TV remote didn't work, internet was slow, no shower curtain, bed wasn't comfortable

Great parking its next to highway so kinda loud but cant hear inside the building ac works great staff was great as well did find it crazy to close the pool down but understand maintenance is a big thing will definitely stay again in future

Room was clean. When we checked in the guy at the from desk was kind of rude. My wife has a small service dog so he was asking her a lot of questions about her service animal. Parking was good.
