Clerk was awesome. Room was a 10. Just all around one of the best hotels I've been to.

The staff was really nice. But the hotel wasn’t very clean. The elevator was very dirty. The two days we were there it was never cleaned. Our carpet floor was vacuumed but needed to be shampooed. It looked somewhat dingy.

Without question, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We checked into a room with a toilet that didn’t work: a problem the hotel already knew about before renting us the room. When we reported it, we were told to stick our hands inside the toilet and fix it ourselves. The next day it broke again, and another employee told us we could “just use the shower” since the toilet wasn’t working. Completely unacceptable. There were no rooms available to move us, so we spent nearly 48 hours using the hallway restrooms. Then the men’s hallway restroom was also marked OUT OF ORDER, leaving our friend with nowhere to go. We paid about $250 per night for a room without a working toilet. Management’s solution? A 20% refund. Insulting. We were repeatedly told the manager would call us or meet with us. We returned at the agreed time, and the manager never showed. Staff refused to contact him despite promising they would. Aside from one wonderful housekeeper, every employee we dealt with was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The room itself was also in poor condition, with missing lights, broken curtains, stained carpet, and uncomfortable beds. Corporate has already been contacted. I also have recordings, photos, and videos documenting everything: from the condition of the room to the conversations with staff. I would never stay here again, even if it were free.

Horrible run place , whole place needs to be rebuilt and new management.

Worn out facility with poor amenities.

The curtain in our room was torn and looked like there was a blood stain on there. There were not enough bath towels in our room and when we asked for more, the guy at the desk asked that I drop off the used ones by the office door. We went for breakfast just after 8am and there was barely anything left. The housekeeper was the friendliest person there. We will not ever be staying there again!!!

Place is a crap hole. Dirty had to clean our bathroom before we were able to use.

I'll start with the positive... the room was bug free which makes a big impression! Now the bed was hard, there was hair all over the room from the housekeeping, like on ALL the "clean towels" even after we exchanged some out. We just went to Meijer and bought wash clothes and towels (which I should have done from the start). And I bought cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom cause again.. hair all over. The shower was SCARY in the sense it felt like floor was caving in during a shower. The room was dusty and smelled wet. NOW they are remodeling so hopefully the rooms will all be updated soon but for now... it's a generous 3/5 If you want cost effective, not far from the beaches, NO BUGS (at the time I wrote this) place to crash a few nights... maybe you got a lot of kiddos and want to save (the pool smelled clean and the pool area was decent) and the room isn't a big deal... then it's cool. We skipped the hot tub cause I didn't feel like re-cleaning it cause it didn't look clean. Oh and breakfast... well...Bob Evans is located conveniently across the parking lot...

Pros: it was quiet and breakfast was decent. Cons: not Radisson standards by far. Building crumbling and poorly maintained. Pool out of service.
