Excellent Staff!
The hotel manager was excellent in resolving a problem with our reservation which was inadvertently made through Expedia. Said reservation was misrepresented by Expedia and the manager did all that she could do to fix the problem. The property was very nice. I would be pleased to stay here again and would call the property directly for my reservation.
Very very very old and tattered rugs torn the room stunk.

We had booked another hotel on our trip back to Oregon from the north cascades national park, when we arrived at the other hotel it was very unsavory and we decided to find another hotel in the area, Candwlwood Suites was such an amazing find, after 3 days of camping kayaking and climbing a mountain it was a relief to find a clean comfortable room with amazing water pressure in the showers a nice comfortable firm bed with both soft and firm pillows! Also it had a full fridge and kitchenet, it was a true lifesaver considering I’ve paid more for worse when it comes to accommodation. Staff were very friendly and got us our room fast and efficiently.
