The shower was handicapped which was ok, but every time we used the shower the bathroom floor flooded. Plus it was advertised that they had an iron and ironing board, but did not have the ironing board. Upon checking out I told the employee about my bad experience and he only said sorry; didn’t offer to to reduce my bill or anything. I was very disappointed! I will never stay at that hotel again. I travel a lot to Bismarck and will never go to that hotel again.

On the Expedia website it said our room had 2 king sized beds. That is the reason we chose this hotel. However, when we got to the hotel, we were told the hotel doesn’t even have rooms with 2 king sized beds.
Also, I didn’t realize there were still hotels that didn’t offer some sort of breakfast.

Candlewood Suites is my go to when in Bismarck. The staff was very inviting and friendly. Looking forward to my next stay at Candlewood Bismarck.

Our room wasn't very clean and there was dog urine smell in halls and in our room, would not stay there again.

No towels, no soap, king bed when I reserved a 2-queen bed room, wasn’t even vacuumed. Really poor place. The attendant did his best, but I would stay away from the edition of Candlewood Suites.

Room wasn’t ready when I tried to check in at 5pm, she said it wouldn’t be ready for “a while”. Lobby had an overwhelming smell of chlorine. There didn’t seem to be anyone there except us and the people RIGHT NEXT DOOR, who were ridiculously loud. I don’t recommend staying here and I would not stay again.
