This property was very clean with one exception. There was black mold growing behind the added ventilation on the AC/Heater. Air flow was very weak from this unit as well. Paint was peeling from ceiling from what looked to be previous water leak.

Don't be deceived by the area or exterior, this is the NASTIEST place I've ever stayed and I've been a frequent traveler for years now. Not only were there dead roaches, there was also body fluid on the walls, hair and dirt on the floor, clothing tags, etc. They just made the bed, cleaned the toilet, and that's it. The hotels.com reviews were great so we booked, but check Google because they're awful. I had a hard time getting a refund. They'll respond and say they're 'addressing the concerns' but they're not. They didn't even care they had roaches when I said something?? Instead, the manager complained about having to remake the bed after we checked for bugs.
