Awesome Stay
The room was clean, breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly! We asked to check in early and they were accommodating with a small fee which was so helpful because we had a 3PM wedding which is normal check in time! five out of 5!

Stayed 3 days and breakfast was not available on 1 day. Bathroom lights did not all work. Carpet in room was very worn out.

Very unimpressive, outdated lobby. No hot breakfast, as advertised on the website. There was a permanent sign stating the ovens were broken and there's no hot breakfast. Looks like that's been the case for a long time, but they're awfully "sorry for the inconvenience". Rooms were clean, but a little outdated also.

We arrived early and they found a room for us to check into which was nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The remote control for the TV was missing, the body soap dispenser was empty and the light around the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. They were quick to get me another remote and bring soap. The next morning they were out of a lot of food for breakfast. Poor planning by whomever does the ordering is my guess. There was a mat in the elevator that was very dirty. It seems that there is a lack of attention to maintenance and care about the place. I've had much better experiences with other Holiday Inn express hotels so this was disappointing. Good location and the staff was helpful.

We stepped into the elevator and found a filthy rug. Our bedroom bathroom did not have light enough for us to use the mirror. The smoke detector appeared to be dysfunctional.
We went to breakfast at 7:30 AM on a Sunday and found many basic items missing like fruit, bread for toast, and hard-boiled eggs. They did have sausage patties and strange little egg omelettes that were warmed over many times.
I think this is not Holiday Inn express standards. At least I sure hope so.
We went there because we were from Indiana and going to an event in Dayton, Ohio, and thought this would be a good location.

there was a group of people drinking in the lobby until 2am. I thought it a bit odd.
Unfortunately, I booked in Expedia and paid in full. I was charged another $95 for some reason from the hotel itself and this is not being handled in a timely manner. Make sure you check your bank statements.
