I would be more than happy to give you a review! I reserved a non smoking room for my niece’s family for an Easter weekend celebration. Her son has severe asthma so non smoking room was imperative. Not only was the registration clerk preoccupied on his phone with his eyes closed he never acknowledged their arrival for quite a while. Once he spoke to them he asked several times if they smoke or if they had any pets. They did not. When they finally got to their room it wreaked of smoke. After complaining the room was not what was requested, the clerk then arranged for them to stay at another hotel. I will be demanding a refund!

Don’t stay on the weekends or ask for a room
That’s away from the stairs. People coming and going all hours of the night made for a terrible nights sleep when we had to be on the road very early. Would not recommended staying on the weekends if you need your sleep

No down comforter, very noisy bathroom fan, a lot of foot traffic, and suspicious activities in the room next door. Also, room sevice tried coming in the room after we specifically asked them not to stating they needed to check the condition of the room.
