Our stay at Staybridge Suites was truly exceptional and Stephanie, one of the managers, played a huge part in making it unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my family felt welcomed and cared for. My daughter was celebrating her birthday and Stephanie made the experience incredibly special. Her kindness, thoughtfulness and genuine warmth shone through in every interaction. She was so complimentary to my children and attentive to our needs, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. What stood out most was how comfortable she made us feel—it truly felt like being at home. Her professionalism paired with her heartfelt care created an atmosphere that went far beyond a typical hotel stay.

A Perfect Weekend
We could not have selected a better facility and location to stay for our weekend. Staff and all amenities were excellent. Will return.

Great stay for graduation. Dog friendly. However....$650 per night during graduation. Kinda rude. Have spent less in NYC and London

Pros and cons. The property is very clean and physically comfortable. The breakfast is very nice. Be advised that this property is NOT in downtown Columbia, or in walking distance to it. Additionally, I specifically picked this place because it had a pool. The pool was closed due to an inspection issue. Not the hotel’s fault, but on the last day we were there it “reopened “ but we had to get the staff to actually unlock the door, and then the pool was too cold to swim in. Another issue was the housekeeping. You don’t get housekeeping every day, which is fine, but they also didn’t come on the day they were supposed to. I had to go to the front desk to get to, towels, etc. Finally, even though they have a huge parking lot that’s only half filled they charge you $10.80 a night to park there. Again, this is not a hotel located in downtown where parking is in short supply. When I asked at checkout if they would waive the parking fee, given that there was no pool or housekeeping, the answer was no. I think staff apathy and bad attitudes are the problem with this property.
