Breakfast was fresh and hot, rooms were clean. Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Tristan was great! The elevator was a little sketchy, but we survived it.

The hot tub was filled with concrete and completely out of service. The elevator worked only intermittently throughout our stay, creating a major inconvenience. Despite charging premium rates, the room was mediocre and did not justify the price. I expected much better for what i paid.

Great customer service. I had a problem with the conditioning in my room and Management Leader, Michelle made getting another room for us. Great. We were here for an engagement party at the Civic Center. Big thank you to all your staff very professional and kind.

Poor customer service! And breakfast sucks

Overall a good one night stay. The staff at check in was courteous. There was an issue with the hot water. It was not on. Outside of that, breakfast was good and the room was pretty clean. Would stay again
