Excellent staff, clean hotel and very quiet.

The room was well appointed and the amenities were easy to access. I especially like the pool being open early for a morning workout. Parking was a breeze and the location is perfect. We will be back!

Rented two rooms so cery disappoi ted. Hot tub and pool was not working. Had a co2 alarm go off on may level in pool area. No one new anything about how to fox or operate. Towels laying everywhere and not managed. People sneaking in pool area unattended. Not cleaned very well. Room was terrible. Room phone did not work at all. There were no wash rags in either room and the extra pillows for guest were missing. And only two towels in each room. Seriously needed a refund for this visit. Checkout clerk said they would refund a small portion however we are sorry having issues with our "printer" prohibited them from issui g a refund? Seriously...thought everything was digitial and it was only a hold on my account until processed out...should have been no issue giving refunds for both rooms...worst stay ever. Do not book here...no general manager on staff to handle issues.

We stayed here during a dance competition, and the location was very convenient—being able to walk to the convention center was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t match the convenience or price of the room. The hotel felt quite run down and not very clean. At check-in, the front desk interaction was minimal, with little communication or helpful information provided. The pool was closed upon arrival and didn’t reopen until late the following evening, which was disappointing. Our room also had maintenance issues—the shower was falling apart, and there appeared to be mold present, which was concerning. Overall, while the location is great, the condition of the hotel and service left a lot to be desired.

The STAFF WAS AWESOME EASTER WEEKEND I WENT & was extremely exhausted the staff helped me check in less then 10 mins I had my keys & laying in a comfortable nice clean room

Hot tub not working

Pool was out of order. Great breakfast and restocked fresh food all the way til end of breakfast hours nice beds stocked kitchen with glasses pots pans dishes flatware. Good list of tv Chanels. Quite convenient to downtown and all tourist attractions. Walking distance to downtown but a little father than most downtown motels. Parking was included in price on motel property if you want to walk or bike downtown to save money

Hotel was nice but hot tub and pool where closeed and was the reason I reserve the place. The breakfast was good, but still no hot tub or pull.
