Excellent staff, clean hotel and very quiet.

Great location and spacious rooms.

The room was good. It's a bit outdated however it was still clean and had all the kitchen supplies needed.

Generally a good experience. Had requested a light bulb change on day 2 of a 4 day stay and it never happened.

Staff were super helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was also good but room cleanliness was the only issue.

Other than having to pay for parking, it was nice. The breakfast was great.

Crystal at front desk excellent, room was in need of repair work in shower. Had wood door facing in need of attention . Roach in coffee pot. Breakfast was good

Dog poop at the doors that we stepped in, rude workers and nothing was cleaned aside from our room. The check out man was the worst. The lady who cheddar us in was amazing, she was the only good thing about our stay actually. The hot tub was broke the pool was freezing and nasty, the breakfast was subpar and the coffee was cold. Wth. Then they double charged our account and trying ti act like it wasn't thier mistake so we are having to deal with this at the bank a d then I guess the bank will sure them idk. Either way it's a big nightmare. Never again will I stay at a staybridge hotel anywhere again. Was there for the worst day of my life, laying my mother to rest and they made everything worse. Do better. This situation is not okay.
