Room tight but nice. Lovely boutique Hotel housekeeping staff excellent; friendly and accommodating. front desk personnel not overly welcoming but did their job. Lobby bar understaffed but pleasant. All that being said, I would recommend the hotel.

We have moved from the neighborhood but come back periodically for work. We have selected the Claridge House as our hone away from home for many reasons.
Excellent Hotel & Location
We enjoyed our stay. Early check in. Many good restaurants nearby and a great soul cycle class around the corner. The lakeshore was withing walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

We unfortunately had to check out at 11:30pm the same day we checked in due to no sound proofing between rooms. We could hear the neighbor as if they were in the same room as us and they weren’t necessarily being loud. Have never experienced that before in a hotel. It was a room with an interior door to go between rooms, if needed, so that was most likely the issue. We became far too “intimately” familiar with our neighbor that night.
