Food and pool

Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great and had a good variety. I thought with the large groups staying at the same time that it would be noisy but it was not at all. Grounds were pretty and well kept. Felt safe staying alone

VERY DISSATISFIED!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Our room wasnt ready when we checked in, was told we could wait in the lobby while housekeeping finished. It took OVER AN HOUR to get into our room. But dont worry, thet brought us each a bottle of aquafina and a bag of chips, to go along with the complimentary coffee left from breakfast. THEN...Our toilet didnt flush. Went to the front desk to tell them and they handed me a PLUNGER!!! THEN when we went to pull out the bed for the kids we were disgusted to find what looked like white stains from bodily fluids on the cushions. I took pictures, but conveniently, it wont let me add any pictures to my review. Needless to say, I was repulsed by the entire experience.

The carpets in halls and rom are gross! So dirty. Breakfast was ok - they did have waffles, sausage, eggs, potatos, breads, cereal and fruit.

Everything is good.

Housekeeping and front desk staff were doing excellent job.

I had no issue with this hotel. The hotel was clean, staff were accommodating and friendly. The only complaint was the breakfast sucks! I usually try to book hotels with decent breakfast to save a buck or two with me and my family of 5 and originally when I looked at reviews it had good reviews. Unfortunately there were not many appetizing options at all. Only one waffle maker, took forever in line to make a waffle…like 30 mins wait because everyone wanted to make one. The batter was overly runny like they watered it down to make it stretch so the waffles didn’t come out right. They were flimsy and flat. No real fruit options, just melon and cantaloupe. Cold microwave sausages. Very bland and watery eggs. They also had like diced breakfast potatoes which were not seasoned, hard, and very under done. The second morning I ended up skipping the breakfast all together and just went to a restaurant. I didn’t expect it to be a full course buffet, but at least for the items they have they could have put more effort into them. Wouldn’t return just because of that, but if breakfast is not on your must have list of amenities then you should have a decent stay here.
