The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect as we were able to take the public bus line 20 to both the lakeshore area and the United Center.

Clean room. Cold AC. The bar and restaurant were lovely. Needed more operational elevators and the parking was high.

Don't even want to talk about this property and its manager.EVER. THEY CANCEL MY BOOKING 1 HOUR BEFORE I GOT TO THE PROPERTT DRIVING 15 HOURS FEOM JERSEY.

Kind staff and daily room cleaning. Room did not include a microwave or kitchenette, but the listing reflects that. Staff responded to requests quickly and efficiently.

Elevators take a very long time to arrive in the lobby, but the breakfast was very good. Room was average but clean and having a balcony was nice to watch the city!

I question the level of security maintained at Crowne Plaza West Loop. I reserved a suite. When I checked in, I was given a room on the 12th floor. Someone had already been checked in to that room. There was a man who greeted me at the door half naked. I went to guest services and got a different room. There were no suites available so I had to downgrade to a standard room but on the 14th floor. When I got to that room, there were people’s belongings all over. Back to guest services I went, the next room was on the 10th floor. It was fine, but the air didn’t work well. It was 76 degrees. After being downgraded, they originally only offered to take 50.00 off my bill. I researched the price difference between standard rooms and suites and asked for that amount. It was granted, but I also felt like it was dirty to only tell me they would take 50.00 off- especially considering everything else!

Very comfortable clean room. Excellent bed. Ice machine not working on our floor and staff not really helpful getting ice. Had to go to two other floors before we found ice. Bar closed at 4pm on a Saturday which was weird too. Otherwise it was a good comfortable place with good location.

Great location with great bar and kitchen. Walkable to all kinds of activities, stores, restaurants. Easy access to 94. Reasonable parking. Staff and service were excellent.
