The place was amazingly beautiful the courtyard with the covered seating, the beautiful flowers and was so clean. The breakfast, the free breakfast was amazingly fresh and tasty.

The room was clean. But the ice maker on the refrigerator was broken. I turned it on and water pooled all over the kitchen floor. It was the weekend so no maintenance personnel's were there. They gave us a bunch of towels to clean up the mess. And housekeeping did not replenish our wash clothes and towels when they came in. My husband also said that the lobby bathroom smelled like urine. Things don't seem up to par. This experience was different from my previous stay.

I was surprised at how nice this was and the breakfast was great. I have stayed at the Springfield, Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, Courtyard and Aloft and yes, this is not the Ritz, but I will stay here next week when I am back.
