I like the convenience of a breakfast in the morning and convenient to have so many restaurants around the hotel. Very disappointed because I booked that hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool but the indoor pool was freezing, so that was very disappointing.

I found a cockroach in the kitchen, which was not amusing. Only one of the burners on the stove worked - the small one. I stayed for 3 days, and nobody cleaned my room or took out the trash. Which I guess, if you think about it, explains the cockroaches. It is a beautiful property, but I think the maintenance has slipped.

I enjoyed the coziness. I just didn’t like that I didn’t get the room that I booked. I booked (& prepaid) a one bedroom suite with a walk in shower and was given a studio. The concierge told me that the room i booked was handicapped and that the studio suite is equivalent to that. I would’ve preferred to have been told that ahead of time.
