Hospitality at its finest.
Great staff that were helpful and responsive. The hotel, rooms, open spaces and dining areas were extremely clean and inviting. The free breakfast and afternoon social are a very nice touch. This is my second stay at the hotel and I will return again as it is now a family favorite. I highly recommend it.
Would I stay here again? Yes, for sure.
We found the room nice and clean. The kitchen and appliances were a bonus as we found three places we stopped at closed. We bought our food and were able to heat and eat at our convenience.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, visiting the Glass Museum. Check-in was quick and efficient, staff was very kind and helpful. Location of hotel is great and within walking distance to the Corning Museum of Glass. The room is spacious, clean and well-appointed with a kitchenette. Liked the sink being separate from the bathroom. Nice shower, nice pool. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Liked the decor of the breakfast room. Parking was easy. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast upset my stomach. Please make sure food best practices are being followed. Don’t mix old food with new food and make sure food is kept at hot temperature and not reused the next day

Great service from Courtney at the front desk; we were hoping for a 2 bedroom suite, and she went out of her way to accommodate us by getting us a room that had been out of service for deep cleaning. She went out of her way to give us the option, and had the room checked to make sure it was good to go. Thank you!
