I've stayed at this location many times, staff is always helpful and available. It's located close to downtown which is something I like. Kim was wonderful, very friendly and always available to greet us.

Very disappointing expensive stay. Stains on carpet, curtains, chair. Very dated and well used. TV and phone in room not working for the stay. Requested another coffee for second morning. Never received it.

There is an old carpet smell of the room. Linens were fresh and clean.
Bathroom
Is clean with strong hot water. Bed/mattress is comfortable. But you can hear and feel all the movements off people upstairs and our room was a few meters from a rail road so 2x before 10pm we had to hear and feel the train coming thru. Staff were helpful and friendly . I love the fresh coffee that is free for quest. It’s near where we have to visit family / thus location is good.But if you need to rest early not really a place that I can recommend.
