Excellent ADA accessible room and roll-in shower!
Enjoyed the stay. The handicapped room with roll-in shower made my stay enjoyable. Beds were comfy. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Juanita and Lena were courteous and caring as I am disabled. Breakfast staff helped me make my selections at breakfast. Cindy brought out fresh gravy and biscuits for me. Would definitely use this hotel again. Sheila Thomas.

The room was smelling freshly cleaned. The staff made me feel very welcomed. I enjoyed the breakfast for me being on the go. The pool was nice dip before turning in to sleep.

The stay and price was ridiculous IHG properties are at the bottom end of a chain once reputable and hearing complaints about staff shortages is uncalled for.
The rooms aren’t clean I even wonder about the bedding.
New manager new staff and a remodel is absolutely necessary.

The breakfast was just ok, walls too thin (heard people running and yelling past 1am), no hot tub even though the sign says pool and spa, and a majority of the outlets didn’t work
