Check in was very easy and smooth. The lady at checkin was extremely helpful, respectful and responsive. Also the lady in concierge desk. Assist with every question. The restaurant server was cordial with quick service. Thanks to all of you! Will use this hotel in the future and recommend to others.

Our room was pretty clean. We liked the workout room it was simple. There are a ton of restaurants nearby as well as the mavs arena. They have a great selection of snacks and drinks downstairs. Would def recommend. Don’t know why this place only has 6.6 out of ten for its reviews.

It's location downtown is convenient especially if you're using the DART lines. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for me and my friends. The staff are kind and helpful in resolving almost all of our issues except fixing the phone in the room. It's just 10 mins away from American Airlines Center by vehicle or Uber, if you're looking for a place to stay to watch a Mavs game. There are plenty of cafe (Starbucks across the street), 7-11s, restaurants and bars around the area. I'll definitely book the place again when I visit Dallas.
