This is an amazing hotel. Indoor pool and hot tub is a HUGE bonus. The breakfast is great. Fitness center has adequate machinery. We just happened to be in the only room on the ground floor right by the elevator and lounge...so we heard everyone else at the hotel...Other than that, Staybridge is a solid choice...just ask for a room further from the front.

This was an overnight for medical reasons and I am very pleased with this property! Great room and the check in ws smooth and quick. The breakfast buffet selection is limited, but I was happy with the offerings.

No handicap room available, pet fees not on website. I had a service animal and was charged 75$ I was not aware of the charges. The noise wasn’t handled? There were kids playing in the hallways, like 15 kids from some football team. Of course they placed us on the same floor as them. I was in 404 they were in 402. Front desk doesn’t care about the complaints they just basically say oh ok.

ONE ELEVATOR to serve 4 floors ... NOT a double elevator. NO! One single VERY SLOW Elevator. I requested first floor. They put us on the FOURTH FLOOR. Then, the Elevator went OUT OF SERVICE within 15 minutes of our check-in. I HAD TO CARRY LUGGAGE UP 4 FLIGHTS.
The front desk clerks did not care and did not want to be bothered.
A Refund is EXPECTED!
