Very clean and very good costumers service.

Definitely would recommend staying here.

Like almost all HIE hotels, everything was clean. It is an older property, but renovated; not quite as nice as other HIEs we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, I was billed at a higher rate than arranged through Expedia. When checking out, the desk clerk said she would credit the difference to my card. That didn’t happen.

Made reservation for a king room via Hotels.com about 4 hours before arrival. When we arrived there very late were no available king rooms. But the clerk noted there was a king room which needed a final cleaning, if we could wait. That very clerk shut down the desk and left to personally clean the room, took the cleaning cart, cleaned the room with new linens, cleaned the bathroom, vacuumed, everything even reset the air to cool down as we made our way to the room. Offered us complimentary sodas and snacks while we waited. The room was spotless. Now this is a HI Express, not the Ritz. But everything about our stay was exceptional. Great room with lots of space and a very comfortable bed. Absolutely wonderful and powerful shower. A good free breakfast with plenty of hot coffee. And best of all was the great service of a caring staff member. We would not hesitate staying here again when traveling thru this part of Tennessee. A+

won't stay here again. Staff was lovely though. We had to change rooms due to the lack of cleanliness of the first one. Hair on the bathroom floor. Shower head had pink mold on it. 3rd floor elevator made our room constantly vibrate and the doors to rattle. 2nd room was cleaner. But the hallway ceiling tiles were very stained. Needs much updating.

Very clean, great check in clerk! I particularly appreciated the good coffee in the room and the excellent fresh coffee maker (each cup from freshly ground beans) coffee maker in the lobby.

Horrible night. Dogs across the hall from us barking all night long. Breakfast was really good and the bed was soft even though we didn’t sleep at all cause of the dogs.

Half the hotel was under construction, no pool, hot tub, etc. parking at the hotel was minimal. Television only had a few channels.
