The property, customer service, room and location were excellent! A shout out to Alyssa she was amazing, helpful and a great member of the Holiday Inn Express team. The valet team was also great and prompt.

I secured the room for myself and a group of high school girls attending a weekend conference in Denver. After dropping the girls at the conference on Friday I arrived at the hotel with about 8 bags. The valet allowed me to park in their area while I got everything settled with check in and our bags to out room. The front desk folks tracked down a luggage cart for me, an employee who had just gotten off work and was leaving helped me load it. That was great - so appreciated! Our suite was clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the security measures in place in the building - made me feel much more secure with a bunch of teenage girls!

Room was older and window drapings were not able to close fully. The bathroom was very small and the hot water did not work for a while. The refrigerator was not cleaned and looked like soda was all over the bottom. The room temperature was very hot and in order to cool it down, they completely shut off the heat and gave us a fan. The breakfast was average but they ran out of some of the basic condiments like syrup for pancakes or butter for toast. All the garbage cans were full with trash falling onto the floor. None of the tables were cleaned off after people ate there. One positive was the staff were friendly.

The hotel was nice, no issues except that there was no heat. The thermostat on the wall did night light up when I pressed it. I would have thought that was an exception, but be sure to check out other reviews that there was no A/C earlier this year. They did bring me a space heater, and that worked ok. No discount for lack of heat in December.
Other than lack of heat, I'd recommend this hotel. Clean, good neighborhood, very easy valet parking.

Would never stay here again. Wouldn’t EVERERR recommend. Staff is okay. Parking is ridiculous $50 for packing is outrageous.
Not the mention our bathroom mirror fell almost hurting my husband who was using the bathroom at the time. Staff just came to move it and offered no apology or anything.

Front Desk Personnel was not very friendly. Parking in the hotel is an additional $80. $50 to check in earlier. Our shower and sink was clogged, it was very uncomfortable to shower in a dirty clogged shower. They were able to fix the problem once I told them about it. We were thankful for that, but we had to go through it on day 1.
