The room had a great bed, several areas to charge your phone, etc. and shampoo and lotion provided. It’s a great value with the perfect location for me.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly.

This is the best Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed in. It’s actually very pretty inside. Even though the upper floors of the hotel were being renovated and the floor to the elevator was lined with construction paper, the hotel was an ace. The front desk was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is large and cleaned constantly. It has many two person cafe tables plus there were booths and tables for multiples. The juice bar had more choices than just orange juice, such as cranberry, etc. I appreciated the napkins too because they were large and high quality. The rooms were updated, bright and clean. The bathroom was big and had plenty of hand towels, bath towels and face cloths. I really, really liked the Dove products in the bathroom. I felt like I was in a five star hotel for the five days that I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Denver.

Hotel is being renovated so maybe it will be better in the future. We stayed 3 nights in a “suite” that had two queen beds and a queen sofa, but bathroom only had single sink and only one hook to hang a single towel. No place for towel near sink. Minor improvements can go a long way.

Very clean, friendly staff.

My room was located near the swimming pool and hot tub so the noise was disturbing until after midnight. This was problematic for me as I had to get up early to volunteer at the Colorado Mission of Mercy.

Stay was awesome, front desk and people who answers the phone need to be on same page telling me one price charging me different. Then tell me i wont get a reciept for my third night but ended up right at the end with a reciept. Fustrating! She didnt understand what i was explaining.

I felt rushed to leave. The construction waking me up in the morning wasn’t great, either.
