Stay was good. We were there 3 nights. Breakfast was ok, but I've stayed at many IHG hotels and this one could definitely do better at making sure things were full...it was scarce at times but was never busy down there.

Location and price are great. We’ve stayed here twice and have had an overall good experience. This last time, room above us had noisy people and it made it a less pleasant experience, although not the hotels fault.

Awesome customer service. Everything was nice and clean; well maintained. Only issue was no room service one day, but that wasn't a biggie. Also was a nice location for shopping in the S. Denver area or the Outlets in Castle Rock!

This hotel is close to the freeway, but difficult to get to. The breakfast was okay. The facility was clean l, but the hallways are loud and the elevator is really slow. Good experience overall.

Front desk staff was above and beyond.
When kids were playing football in the parking lot after 10pm, I called the front desk and the staff member Yogi took care of it and made sure it didn't happen again. It was quiet the rest of the night. Room was 4/5 good. Some trim issues here and there and a little tidbit of mold or mildew in the bathroom. Very friendly and professional employees. No weird smells. Moderately clean all around.
