We were so lucky to snag a room here when our flight out of DFW was cancelled and rebooked for the next day. We loved that Expedia showed the hotel advertised an airport shuttle service. However it does not run before 7 AM, and this is not made clear on the Expedia listing for the hotel. (It's on the hotel website, just not on the Expedia listing). This should be clear wherever someone is going to learn about staying there.

Made a reservation and they didn’t have it. So wanted two queen beds. It wasn’t available. Front seat great but the assistant general manager not so much.

We paid for a two bedroom suite and I was very happy with what we got . Middle area was a nice little common area n kitchen with bedrooms off to the side opposite each other with bathroom attached to each room . Beds were comfortable . Each window has a view of the pool area . I believe once the renovations of the hotel are done the place will be even better

We had to change rooms because the AC wasn't working. It took awhile for the front desk to send someone up to check it out. We then had to wait to get a new room. The first replacement room the AC wouldn't even turn on. Finally found a room on a floor that was being remodeled.

I planned my trip weeks in advance and when I checked in they wouldn't except my debit card as a deposit wanted major credit card lost out on 200 and had to pay for a different hotel

If you’re vertically challenged you won’t be able to reach the dishes in the kitchen. When we were there the evening appetizers weren’t served, bummer. We would stay again. We like Staybridge.
