The fridge was dirty like something pulled all on the bottom shelf and settled at the bottom. The bathtub was dirty, there was dirty at the bottom and on the sides of the inside of the tub. Other than that it was a nice room, the bed was soft, the staff was amazing.

Room 307 was clean as expected but the smell if the room, the bedsheets and pillows were horrible!! It was not just a humidity smell it was a dirty smell. We should have asked to switch rooms but it was late and we were too tired. thought the smell would go away but it never did!!
We thought it was just the carpet but once we laid to sleep the bedsheets and pillows had the smell impregnated too..

Positive first:
The ladies at the desk were very pleasant and kind.
Negative:
The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy.
Chipped cabinet in bathroom.
Mold in shower.
Numerous gouges and chips in the drywall.
Table had sticky substance on it.
Recliner parked against bed, had to move it to get in bed.
BREAKFAST:
Very limited, no creamer available and was told "I'll get more tomorrow".

My room had holes and scrapes all over the wall. The molding in the bathroom was gone and the floors were sticky. The whole room and building looked sketchy. Staff was helpful.
