The rooms were really nice. Loved having a full fridge, freezer, mic and cook top. And dishwasher! The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the heat easy to control.

We thought this was a great hotel - bathtub looked newly renovated. Great water pressure, storage around sink and nice deep sink.
Refrigerator even has an ice maker! Enough real plates, cups, glasses and utensils for 2 people and a dishwasher (with detergent) for easy cleanup! Stove and microwave too and pots available.
Room was very quiet and comfortable with 2 chairs plus a desk chair.
Bed and pillows were all very comfortable too

We stay here every time we're in Des Moines. The only thing, that I would say is a downer, is the rooms with their nice big fridges. It takes the ice maker forever to make ice, so you might want to call ahead of your stay, and ask them to start the ice maker if possible.

On the surface everything was fine, but when we got into the room part of our suite it looked like someone had shot c** all over the walls, the bath tub was clogged, and bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way.

The property is more outdated than portrayed by the photos, however, I did notice some nice renovations inside the room. These included a modernized bathroom and television. Unfortunately several of the outlets in my room were not functioning, including the TV’s.
It was an unconventional check-in as I wasn’t able to enter the lobby until I utilized the phone at the entry way to speak to a staff member.
The staff member was very polite, professional, and helpful.
The parking lot was not lit up as I would have preferred.
Overall, the property was drab but a good price value. And a nice, safe location just down the road from Jordan Creek Mall.
