The hotel couldn’t find my reservation because Expedia never sent it to them. The manager was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to help me as I stood at the counter trying to check in. Eventually the call was disconnected by Expedia with no resolution or reservation sent to the hotel. Now I’m stuck with paying for a three night stay at a hotel and I didn’t even stay there.

Hotel was decent for the price we booked it at which was $70 per night. I wasn’t necessarily impressed with the hotel but the staff were nice and helpful. It looks like the hotel wants to be modern but is yet still old. And when we arrived in our room the sheets were dirty as well as the towels we had to ask for new ones. Late checkout was aloud which was helpful.

Hotel was in a great location however there were quite a few concerns: smoke smell in the hallways, lots of noise from barking dog and other travelers on floor above us, poorly equipped kitchen, ants in bathroom, non working ice maker, only one working washer and 2 dryers. .. on the positive side: friendly, great staff.
