We enjoyed our stay. Flowers were very nice.

Booked this room because we had no power… got to the hotel. Staff was incredibly rude. Hotel also had no power. Left after cancelling my reservation. 3 days later, I’m still trying to get confirmation that I cancelled the reservation at the front desk upon arrival. Even just went back and again, staff was unhelpful & unbelievably rude.

Staff was very attentive and kind

Received the wrong room type (1 bedroom x 2 rooms) instead of what I was changed for (2 bedroom). Room reeked of spices and prior food cooked there. Couch had multiple stains all over it. Room was filthy. Staff was unhelpful in resolving issues and Expedia did not follow up with any actions to correct. Avoid this place at all costs.

Well, we asked the person at the front desk about a good place for supper but she didn’t know what we meant by supper and didn’t know the area at all. However, she was friendly and nice, so it’s not her fault. They just need to pair staff that aren’t familiar with those who are.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

First I checked in & walked into my room. The tub was absolutely disgusting, along with the shower wall that was closest to the toilet. So besides hair, it looked like there was feces stains by the drain & on the one wall of the shower. Then it was advertised how “this Hotel had an arcade which set it apart from all of the others because of this” it also stated there was an indoor pool which was true, but the water was extremely cold! I came to town to visit my children & grandchildren & booked this hotel specifically for the amenities it offered for children! We drove an extra 25 minutes to stay in Elkhart instead of South Bend/Mishawaka where we usually stay that has a hot tub that we could have at least enjoyed! The only comment the night staff had was “oh, they must not have updated their site. We haven’t had that for awhile!” The next morning I took a note to the front desk asking about the arcade, the condition of our tub/shower, stating I was going to be leaving for a couple of hours & would like it cleaned. That there were dried buggers on the bar where you’d sit to eat. That we needed trash bags because the 2 cans in the room didn’t have any & she handed me one like it was my job to do. I also asked for clean towels. NOTHING WAS DONE TO CLEAN IT, CORRECT IT, I DIDN’T EVEN GET AN APOLOGY! It was written on a note, with the room number & nothing was done or even offered!! I also saw the price of the room went down by close to $30 a night after I checked in.

Best hotel in the area. Great price and really good food.

Facility needs a facelift.

In 208 and on one side had couple arguing loudly after midnight then couple having sex loudly above us till 1:30am. Walls seemed thin. Breakfast was great. Room was a suite and great if needed to cook.
