Just ok

The dining area is very noisy when pulling out the chairs. A simple fix would be to put felt tip stickers on the legs of the chairs. MANY STORES OR AMAZON sell these for a minimal $ amount and they just stick on.
Other than that the facility was fine for the price.

The managers and staff were amazing. Pool was perfect. I would recommend for anyone doing the Ripken Experience. The breakfast was very good. If you want a change. Cracker Barrel is right next door.

Parking was great hotel seemed completely booked but didn’t seem like it was. Kids curfew was enforced. We stayed for sporting events in area. Breakfast was ok. Staff kept everything full and clean.

Our stay was wonderful! We traveled for a baseball tournament, and our kids were playing at Ripken Stadium, so the location was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everyone we interacted with was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I stayed for a night, and both the property location and the morning BF and staff are good. It's an old property, and the AC works okay. It's not worth the price.
