Overall was good...the bathroom in our room 106 was much need of maintenance...missing shower door was replaced with shower curtain...rusty door frame....walls needed repaired

Staff was excellent in that they REALLY tried to make my stay exceptional. My only major complaint was the bed. It was TERRIBLE. Mattress needed to be replaced long ago. The sides were broken down from too many years of people sitting on the edge. The mattress wasn't overly soft, it was collapsed. I had a hard time getting in and out because it was like a giant marshmallow. Woke up both mornings with a back ache that lasted all day because you just sink down in it without any support and was like sleeping in a canoe. If they don't have a spread sheet with every room number and the date the mattress was installed they need to start one. The one thing you want for sure in a motel stay is a good night's sleep.
