Air Conditioning problem.
There was only a portable air conditioner in the room and it was way to loud to open the windows because of the freeway, I wish they would have stated that air conditioning was not working properly in the hotel.

I love how spacious and comfortable the suite we have booked. Apparently, one bedroom wasn’t heating up and feels colder than the other room. So we tried calling the front reception but all the telephones were not working. Then we went to the front desk, and the receptionist was not very accommodating and sounds rude. Although, she offered a heater, she talks more than she listens, and i never felt heard at all.

The thermostat was set at 76 but room never got over 69. 69 st bedtime it when we got up it was 65 and wouldn’t get warmer.

While this is said to be a pet friendly hotel, it is not. There is absolutely no pet relieving area. When we asked about it they told us to just lift our dog up into the planter boxes (full of wood chips) next to the street for relieving themselves. Not at all worth the $75 charge for our pet.
