Room wasn’t cleaned it was trash behind th

There were bugs in the room and the TV remote and can opener had a sticky brown substance on it.

Refrigerator did not work.

Definitely was cleaner than i expected but it was a great stay overall!

Do not stay here, roaches in the rooms and have the stuff doesn’t even work.

Reservation was for a room with 2 beds. They do not have rooms with 2 beds. The person at the desk was apolgetic but it was not what was requested or advertised. There was loud noise and yelling in the room the floor above at 3am. Overall, a poor experience.

Check out right after checking in due to about 12 cockroaches in our bathroom babies and adults

They have roaches and still have not gave me my refund

Rachel was the front desk staff on duty on the second day of my stay. My room needed to be changed due to a lamp not working and the toilet seat coming off. Maintenance staff was not in on this day to help further with repairs, but she was quick to action. Rachel helped me and addressed me with kindness and genuine customer care. She provided everything I asked for and even went out of her way to check the new room for me, print documents for me, and treated me to cookies and snacks as a courtesy for my troubles. She was outstanding!! The hotel itself was okay. I like that the rooms were suite style with full size refrigerator, microwave, stove top, and kitchen sink. They have washers and dryers for free and free coffee. There was a gym and business center as well. I hung out in the outdoor seating area in the back of the hotel it was small but comfortable. The hotel is located right off of 95 so it is very convenient for travel.
