Unexpected Visitor
Upon arriving home, I discovered I had picked up a traveling companion, an adult bed bug. Since I had only spent the one night away from home in room 303 at your motel I can only surmise that he had been residing there prior hitching a ride with me. You might want to take measures to solve this problem.

Beware of misleading 3rd party sites. They did not have any of my requests. I thought I was booking thru Holiday Inn!

Disappointing Experience
Requested/reserved ADA room with specific shower. Received unacceptable room. Given downgrade without change of rate.
five day stay.
We checked in on Friday. Our room was not cleaned until Monday when we asked at the front office. NO sign was left on the door. We had no clean towels, no toilet paper, no soap on the shower. Cleaner came in made bed, emptied trash and left. We have stayed here previously and the service is poor. Breakfast was very good food and clean room. Friendly front staff. Unlikely we will return.
