Poor Management!
Workers were allowed to be very loud and disturbing all hours of the day and night. Construction in lobby was very excessive. Desk management was not customer friendly at all.
No rooms, available booking.
After driving about six hours, I made it about an hour away from my destination, but needed to find somewhere to sleep. I look at reviews for the cleanest possible hotel and this one pops up. I go to one in Gastonia. They let me know that they have no room, but the one near Charlotte definitely has a rooms. So I go ahead and book there only to find out that when I get there, there are absolutely no rooms. It is four days later and I’m still waiting on a refund.

They should inspect after maids clean the room cause they didnt clean the bathroom and their was a dead roach on the side of the fridge very visible...so the question is what else they didnt do
