Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Delicious, order off the menu breakfast. Friendly staff who answered any questions we had. Very helpful.

Nice. Quiet. Excellent restaurant.

The first night of my two night stay, I was assigned a room with very old furnishings, poor lighting and plumbing and outside entry next to a very noisy parking lot and street. I was not told about the placement of the room when I booked. I asked for a different room with inside access when I checked in and was told there were no such rooms available. I took the room because I was not able to get a refund immediately from Priceline. The next morning I requested to be moved to an indoor room and the staff accommodated my request without hesitation. The next night was wonderful, but when I checked out I asked for some type of refund or compensation for the first night’s stay because it was just such a glaring difference between the two rooms. I do not think anyone coming to a Crowne Plaza should have to stay in the first night’s room. Both rooms were the same price but the first room was not worth that price. It was not up to Crowne Plaza standards. The attendant at the desk said that she was unable to process any kind of refund or compensation because I would have to contact Priceline first. I pointed out to her that the hotel would eventually receive the money for the room, less fees and that I believed she could provide a refund to me. I the. Suggested that she call Priceline to assist me in talking to someone about this issue and she said she did not have their number. I will not be coming back to Crowne Plaza because I believe I have received poor customer service and the quality of some of the rooms is very poor compared to other available rooms, yet the room rates do not reflect this disparity. I would like to receive a refund for part or all of my first night’s stay.

I was told that all my coaches rooms were outside, when I got there some where outside, the worst stay ever, with noise level from the streets and bugs coming under the door, had to put a towel at the door.

Bar was not open with limited hours

I liked it, it had character. Even though it was ‘older’ it felt kind of stylish rather than ‘dated’. I also very much liked controlling the air conditioner on the wall thermostat instead of the unit itself.

Nice place to stay

Hotel is dated, but decent. Staff initially put me in a room occupied someone else, but were helpful in correcting the problem. Free breakfast would be a plus, but this hotel doesn't offer it.

first room ac didnt work, 2nd room the shower was messed up, tub didnt drain, bathroom light swtich was falling out of the wall and the toilet sat so low to the ground, i thought it was for a child. beds were not great. rooms need alot of updating. posted pics are decieving

Needs a little bit of an upgrade but super convenient location
